Thank you for choosing Salty Life Merch to wear and share your faith! We’re committed to quality, timely delivery, and treating every order with care, just as we strive to honour God in all we do. Below are the details on shipping, returns, exchanges, and other important policies.

Shipping Information

Production Time All items are custom-made to order (printed on demand). Production typically takes 7-14 business days after your order is placed and payment is confirmed. During busy seasons (e.g., Easter, Christmas), this may extend to 10-20 business days. We’ll keep you updated via email if there are any delays.

Shipping Times & Rates (after production) We partner with trusted carriers (e.g., USPS, UPS, Canada Post for Canadian orders) to get your items to you safely.

• Canada: 5–12 business days

• United States: 5–10 business days

• International: 10–25 business days (varies by country)

Shipping Costs

• Calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination

Tracking You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. Please check your spam folder if you don’t see it. For any shipping questions, contact us at [your email].

Important Notes

• Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed—delays can occur due to carrier issues, weather, or high volume.

• We are not responsible for delays once the package leaves our fulfillment partner.

Returns & Exchanges

Because our products are custom-made and personalized (with specific Bible verses, names, designs, or messages), most items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged due to change of mind, wrong size selected, or similar reasons. This helps us keep prices fair and reduce waste.

Exceptions – We happily assist in these cases:

1. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Item If your item arrives damaged (e.g., torn, stained, printing error), misprinted (not as you designed/approved), or is the wrong item entirely due to our error:

   • Contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the issue and your order number.

   • We’ll review and, if confirmed, offer a replacement (at no cost) or full refund (including original shipping).

   • Return shipping may be covered by us in cases of our error.

2. Non-Custom / Blank Items (if you offer any) Unused, unworn, unwashed items in original condition may be returned within 30 days for exchange or store credit (minus shipping fees).

Return Process (when eligible)

• Email us at alyssa@saltylifemerch.com with your order number and photos.

• Do not send items back without approval—we’ll provide instructions and a return address.

• Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the issue is our fault.

• Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the return. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

No returns or exchanges for:

• Change of mind

• Incorrect size chosen

• Personalized/custom items (most of our collection)

• Items that have been worn, washed, or altered

• Final sale / seasonal items (explicitly marked)

We stand behind our craftsmanship and want you to love what you receive. If something isn’t right, reach out—we’re here to make it right in a spirit of grace and fairness.

Other Policies

Order Cancellations Once production begins, orders cannot be cancelled or modified due to the custom nature of our products. Please double-check your design, spelling, size, and address before submitting. Orders can only be modified or cancelled within 24 hours of the order being placed.
